Distance: 6.9 miles

Ascent: 2100ft

A fantastic short walk with a mix of steep ascents, scrambles and open expanses of land. You can look across at the Newlands Valley and the remaining fells in the Newlands Horseshoe, over towards Skiddaw Massif, across to the Coledale Horseshoe or over at Keswick and Derwent Water.
